
ESTEQ supports your PLM investment by operating a mature support infrastructure with a web based ESTEQ Support Center and a dedicated Hotline. When you place a support call with either of these channels it will be routed to a support engineer with the relevant product knowledge. Therefore it is to your advantage to log any support call only through the dedicated support mechanism.
The ESTEQ Support Center is your convenient point for logging and tracking problems or questions you may have. It is also used by our customers to share files securely with us and can be accessed by using the link below. To be able to use the ESTEQ Support Center you’ll need a login password, which you can request in the Center’s homepage.

The Hotline is your direct line to our dedicated and experienced support team. In the event that the problem is related to a software fault, the problem is escalated to the Siemens PLM team in Europe.
The Siemens PLM GTAC Support Site compliments our offering. If you currently have any Siemens PLM software under maintenance you are also entitled to use some of the global Siemens PLM Support tools. To gain access to these tools you will need a Siemens PLM WebKey which you can easily create by using the “WebKey Account” link and using information easily obtainable on your license file.
